Reiki Level 1 – First Degree Training and Certification

Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a Japanese form of hands-on healing. (Rei) means universal life force and (ki) means energy. The practice of Reiki is a gentle hands-on healing method that taps into the life force energy that is all around us and allows the practitioner to radiate this energy through their hands to enhance relaxation and reduce physical and emotional pain. Once you become attuned to Reiki and you complete this training, you will be able to channel Reiki to help yourself and others. This Reiki training will teach you how to ground your energy, release unprocessed emotions and will enhance your intuition, giving you more clarity and direction in life. With Reiki training you can shift old patterns so that you can experience more peace and joy and an overall sense of well-being.

This class combines traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki teachings from the original Usui System of Natural Healing and also includes advanced instruction in Usui/Holy Fire® III / World Peace Reiki.

In this class you will learn:

• How to smudge and set sacred space to practice Reiki
• The history of Reiki and how it has evolved
• The Reiki hand positions and how to give a complete Reiki session to yourself and others
• Byosen scanning & Kenyoku dry bathing
• How to use Reiki to clear and balance your chakras

You will receive:

• Reiki Level 1, First Degree Certificate in both traditional Usui System of Natural Healing

Instructions: This class is not like a regular class you might take at school; you will experience a spiritual transformation, and you will have many opportunities for healing. You should not consume alcohol before, during or after the class. Please dress comfortably and bring a journal and pen, bagged lunch and things to help you feel cozy (blanket, pillow, eye covering for meditation).
